Strategic Cooperative Partnership By SINOESCO And REDA

On April 27, the signing ceremony of strategic cooperation between SINOESCO and REDA was held in Zhongtaixin Mansion, Qingdao, China. Based on the principle of "mutual benefit, win-win cooperation and pursuit of common development", the two parties joined together as powerful strategic cooperative partner and agreed to make an all-around cooperation on both general contracting of tire-plant utility project and at-plant energy management service.

Financially supported by powerful state-owned capital companies, SINOESCO was established in 2011 to respond to China Government’s call on low-carbon environmental protection and bear the social responsibility of energy conservation and emission reduction. It is a state-level high-new tech enterprise that can do research, design and project execution relative to technology of energy conservation and environmental protection in rubber-tire production. 

Established in 2009, Qingdao Xiangjian Industrial Engineering Co., Ltd (REDA) provides services for rubber industry, such as tire plant, conveyor belt plant and rubber product plant. REDA is a high and new technology enterprise with its leading business covering EPC general contracting, technical service, engineering design, equipment manufacturing and environmental-protection and energy-saving product.

At the signing ceremony, Mr. Fenghua Liu, general manager of SINOESCO, and Mr. Jian Qu, general manager of REDA, signed the strategic agreement on behalf of their companies, made an in-depth discussion on general contracting of tire-plant utility project and future development on business pattern, and showed a positive attitude toward the broad prospect of this cooperation. 

Following this signing ceremony, the two parties’ first strategic cooperation will be launched, which is of great significance, produces far-reaching influence, helps the two parties give full scope to respective advantage, share resources and have complementary advantages on the principle of "mutual benefit, win-win cooperation and pursuit of common development", and even improves enterprise image and value in tire industry.
